Patient Experience

The goal of the Patient Experience Department at Garfield Medical Center is to create a healing environment of quality, dignity, and respect for every patient that we serve.

We know that a hospital visit can be stressful and we want to do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Patient representatives make rounds and visit patients Monday-Friday to offer assistance as needed.

If, during your stay, you have a special request, compliment, or concern, please contact your nurse, the charge nurse for the unit, or the Director of the Nursing Unit or Department.
